PVC membrane roof covering is a flexible, long-lasting, and highly durable roofing solution based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC), designed to provide high-performance waterproofing. Thanks to its advanced structure, it offers both mechanical strength and chemical resistance.

Fully compatible with modern construction techniques, PVC membrane systems are widely used in various buildings including industrial facilities, logistics warehouses, shopping malls, and public buildings. It is an ideal solution especially for terrace roofs, low-slope roofs, and flat roofing systems.

It can be effectively applied not only to new constructions but also in renovation and roof replacement projects for existing buildings. Thanks to welded seams created by hot air welding, PVC membranes form a seamless and watertight surface, protecting the building securely against water, UV rays, wind, and atmospheric corrosion.

Applications:

  • Industrial factory roofs

  • Warehouse and hangar buildings

  • Terrace roof systems

  • Green roofs (grass-covered roofs)

  • Roofs compatible with Solar Power Plant infrastructure

Installation Methods:

  • Loose-Laid System: The membrane is loosely laid over the roof and seams are welded. The surface may be covered with gravel or concrete slabs.

  • Mechanically Fastened System: The membrane is mechanically fixed to the roof structure with screws and strips. Used in areas with high wind loads.

  • Fully Adhered System: The membrane is applied with special adhesives over the entire surface. Preferred for inverted roofs or where aesthetics are important.
