Our Services

Sandwich panels are modern building components that protect roofs and façades of structures against external factors, offering durable and aesthetic solutions. Despite their lightweight structure, these panels possess high load-bearing capacity and are manufactured with a low-density insulation core placed between two thin, high-density metal surfaces. Delivered ready for installation, sandwich panels offer a practical application process by saving both labor and time.

Choosing the right panel according to insulation performance, application area, and safety criteria is of great importance. Depending on the needs of the structure, panels with PUR, PIR, Mineral Wool, or EPS cores can be selected for heat, humidity, and sound insulation as well as fire resistance. For projects requiring fire resistance, PIR core panels with FM approval provide safety in line with international standards.

Sandwich panels are used in a wide range of applications—from industrial facilities and commercial buildings to energy plants, agricultural structures, stadiums, shopping malls, and swimming pools. These panels are produced under four main categories: roof panels, wall (façade) panels, acoustic panels, and cold room panels.

Product Groups and Technical Specifications:

  • Roof Panels: Produced with 3 or 5 rib profiles and available with standard or concealed fixing details. Membrane-coated versions are available for low-slope flat roofs, and CTP-coated panels are offered for agricultural buildings.

  • Wall Panels: Can be installed horizontally or vertically to suit the architectural design of the building, with options for standard or concealed fasteners. Offered in striped, micro-patterned, or deep-lined surface finishes.

  • Cold Room Panels: Manufactured only with PUR and PIR insulation cores in thicknesses ranging from 80 mm to 200 mm, and available in smooth or textured surfaces with stainless steel or PVC film laminations.

  • Acoustic Panels: Featuring mineral wool cores and perforated surfaces for sound absorption, these panels can be used in both roof and wall applications. Available in thicknesses from 50 mm to 150 mm.

The inner and outer surface properties of sandwich panels should be selected based on the environmental conditions of the building. The outer surface must withstand UV rays, temperature variations, and chemical or physical effects, while the inner surface must resist condensation and chemical gases.

With all these features, sandwich panels provide long-lasting, safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient solutions, making them indispensable components of modern construction projects.
